During the height of the COVID-19 global pandemic we purchased 2845 Bookmark Drive, then spent the winter of 2020 / 2021 living in the house and getting it ready for renters. It was important to us to create a well-appointed space in a homey and truly relaxing atmosphere as opposed to just another run-of-the-mill rental property. We went out of our way to provide upgrades such as Sleep Number beds and a larger water heater to name a few. We did this because we understand that the little touches like quality sleep and hot showers can make a huge difference when you're away from your own home.
